Vault Boy, Cap Collector by ZeroSkerbo

Format: Commander

Commander: Grand Arbiter Augustin IV

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Grand Arbiter Augustin IV leads a Blue-White artifact-token prison deck. The game plan is to bury opponents under mana taxes - the commander's own tax alongside Sphere of Resistance, Trinisphere, Ghostly Prison, and Propaganda - while the Arbiter's cost reduction makes the deck's own spells cheaper. The primary win is a token-count engine: resolve Mechanized Production on a Treasure token, then use Smothering Tithe, Goldvein Pick, Treasure Vault, and Academy Manufactor to ramp the number of same-name artifacts up to eight for the alternates win. Backstops include equipment voltron on the Arbiter via Pip-Boy 3000, T-45 Power Armor, and Silver Shroud Costume, plus Robot token swarms from Securitron Squadron, with Open the Vaults as a mass-rebuild reset.
