High Perfect Morcant Reanimator by Jeffron

Format: Commander

Commander: High Perfect Morcant

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Golgari deck combines tribal Elf swarm, -1/-1 counter attrition, and mass graveyard reanimation under High Perfect Morcant. The primary strategy focuses on deploying cheap Elves to trigger Morcant's blight ability, systematically eroding opposing boards while establishing a massive mana base. Once counters are distributed, Morcant and Yawgmoth, Thran Physician proliferate them to wipe opposing creatures and keep threats off the table. The deck converts this board dominance into victory through two primary avenues: infinite -1/-1 counter death loops using Blowfly Infestation alongside Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons or Flourishing Defenses, and devastating mass reanimation spells like Patriarch's Bidding or Living Death that recur the entire graveyard alongside lethal drain triggers from Shaman of the Pack and Skemfar Shadowsage.
