Deck overview

Dr. Eggman is a Grixis artifact-value deck built around the commander's end-step villainous choice: each opponent either discards, fueling Waste Not and Geth's Grimoire, or lets you put a Construct, Robot, or Vehicle into play for free. The Valeyard doubles those triggers. Underneath the discard/cheat layer, the deck generates Thopter tokens with Stridehangar Automaton, Thopter Spy Network, and Thopter Fabricator, then wins either by combat with pumped artifact creatures (Ultron, Krang, Depthshaker Titan) or by Mechanized Production after assembling eight Thopters. Lady Octopus provides a backup free-cast engine for artifact bombs. There is no infinite combo; the close is a two-upkeep token engine plus combat.
