Deck overview

This mono-green deck uses Thrun, Breaker of Silence to run a resilient Voltron and stompy strategy. The deck curves low-mana ramp into an early Thrun on turn 4. Thrun's built-in uncounterability, nongreen hexproof, and active-turn indestructible render standard targeted removal and board wipes ineffective. From turn 5 onward, the deck scales Thrun's power using auras, equipment, and backgrounds such as Raised by Giants and Blanchwood Armor, while backing him with large tramplers like Gigantosaurus and Titan of Industry. Because it lacks instant combo finishes or extra combat steps, it grinds down life totals sequentially across multiple combat turns. While nearly immune to conventional spot removal, the deck remains vulnerable to edict effects, non-targeted exile sweeps, and fast multiplayer combo clocks.
