This deck is a Jeskai Superfriends and Stax control build commanded by Narset, Enlightened Master. The core strategy accelerates mana in the early turns using an array of 2-CMC and 3-CMC mana rocks, aiming to deploy Narset on Turn 4 or 5. Because the deck runs zero creatures in the 99, every nonland card revealed by Narset's attack trigger is cast for free. This allows the deck to cheat massive planeswalkers, extra combats like Full Throttle and Seize the Day, and crushing lock pieces directly onto the battlefield.
