Prosper by Wang4rang

Format: Commander

Commander: Prosper, Tome-Bound

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This deck is a Rakdos value-engine build helmed by Prosper, Tome-Bound, leveraging his ability to exile cards from the top of the library at each end step and play them for a turn to generate a steady stream of card advantage and Treasure tokens. The primary game plan is to ramp into Prosper quickly, then use his triggered ability alongside other exile-based effects (Valakut Exploration, Ignite the Future, Professional Face-Breaker) to accumulate resources. Treasures are multiplied by Academy Manufactor, Xorn, and Goldspan Dragon's enhanced output, then converted into pinging damage via Reckless Fireweaver, Ingenious Artillerist, Mayhem Devil, and Nadier's Nightblade. Combat threats like Etali, Primal Storm and Goldspan Dragon provide additional pressure, while Wound Reflection doubles the life loss for a finishing blow. The deck lacks fast combos and wins through incremental, repeatable damage rather than a single explosive turn.
