Deck overview

This deck is an Orzhov Aristocrats Combo strategy commanded by Elas il-Kor, Sadistic Pilgrim. The game plan revolves around deploying low-cost creatures, establishing steady card draw and sacrifice engines, and assembling an infinite death-trigger loop to drain the table. The primary combo uses Leonin Relic-Warder and Animate Dead (or Dance of the Dead) alongside the commander to create an infinite loop of enters-the-battlefield and dies triggers, draining all opponents to zero life instantly. Backup lines utilize persist combos with Putrid Goblin and Vizier of Remedies or recursive sacrifice loops. While the deck lacks high-speed tutors and fast mana, it compensates with high functional redundancy among sacrifice outlets, drainers, and reanimation spells. Proactive shielding pieces like Grand Abolisher and Voice of Victory secure the winning turn against opposing disruption.
