Deck overview

This deck is a focused mono-green stompy strategy built around Oviya, Automech Artisan. The primary game plan accelerates mana on Turns 1 and 2 to cast Oviya on Turn 3. On Turn 4, Oviya activates her tap ability to put an enormous creature directly onto the battlefield for a single green mana, granting it passive trample. Cheating out format-warping threats like Ghalta, Stampede Tyrant, Vorinclex, Voice of Hunger, Vaultborn Tyrant, or Worldspine Wurm applies overwhelming pressure that demands immediate sweepers. Redundant cheat outlets like Natural Order, Monster Manual, and Defense of the Heart ensure the deck operates seamlessly even if Oviya is targeted. The deck backs up its massive board presence with card-draw engines tied to creature power, haste equipment, and protection spells like Heroic Intervention, finishing games on Turn 6 with trampling combat damage boosted by Craterhoof Behemoth or Zopandrel, Hunger Dominus.
