Deck overview

This Sultai deck harnesses Tatsunari, Toad Rider to create an oppressive attrition and life-drain engine. By casting low-cost enchantment spells, the deck summons Keimi, a legendary Frog that drains each opponent for 1 life whenever an enchantment is cast. Self-bouncing auras like Whip Silk and Shimmering Wings allow the pilot to trigger Keimi repeatedly each turn, generating continuous life swings and card draw through enchantress effects. The deck augments this strategy with a mutate package; because Keimi is a non-Human creature token, mutate threats such as Insatiable Hemophage and Auspicious Starrix can mutate onto Keimi to stack devastating triggers while preserving the ability to generate a new Keimi if mutated underneath. Substantial stax and control elements, including Thoughtrender Lamia and Doomwake Giant, strip opposing resources and keep opposing creature boards neutralized.
