Deck overview

This deck is an Esper Enchantress and pillowfort strategy commanded by Y'shtola, Night's Blessed. It operates by establishing early cost reducers and mana acceleration before deploying defensive enchantments like Ghostly Prison, Propaganda, and Sphere of Safety. Once protected behind attack taxes, the deck uses goad Auras such as Ghoulish Impetus, Parasitic Impetus, and Coercive Impetus to force opposing threats into combat with each other while drawing cards and triggering life loss. The primary win conditions compound through Eriette of the Charmed Apple draining life on each end step, Sigil of the Empty Throne and Luminarch Ascension generating armies of 4/4 flying Angels, and Y'shtola burning opponents on every 3+ CMC noncreature spell. While the deck possesses strong combat redirection and recursion through Sevinne's Reclamation and Replenish, its primary vulnerability lies in non-combat combo strategies and mass enchantment exile sweepers like Farewell.
