Deck overview

This deck is an optimized Sultai graveyard recursion and attrition engine commanded by Muldrotha, the Gravetide. The early game focuses on accelerating mana and filling the graveyard using low-cost creatures, land ramp, and self-mill tools such as Hedron Crab, Perpetual Timepiece, and Buried Alive. Once assembled on Turn 4, Muldrotha turns the graveyard into a second hand, allowing the pilot to replay lands, utility removal, and stax pieces like Spore Frog, Seal of Primordium, and Contamination every turn cycle. The primary win condition is an infinite sacrifice-and-cast loop using Muldrotha, the Gravetide, Kaya's Ghostform, and Phyrexian Altar, supplemented by Lotus Petal and drain payoffs like Blood Artist or Syr Konrad, the Grim to eliminate the entire table on Turn 5. Secondary win paths include overwhelming zombie boards via Field of the Dead and Lumra, Bellow of the Woods, or recurring lockouts via Mindslaver and Glacial Chasm.
