Format: Commander

Commander: Animar, Soul of Elements

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Animar, Soul of Elements leads a creature-heavy Temur deck that combines +1/+1 counter synergies with Eldrazi finishers and two compact combo kills. The primary plan is to cast cheap creatures to grow Animar, reduce creature costs, and then chain value creatures into a game-ending threat. Secondary paths include the Ancestral Statue loop for infinite creature casts and a Grindstone plus Painter's Servant mill combo. The commander is the central engine, but the deck also contains enough standalone threats and counter synergies to function if Animar is answered. The deck aims to win through overwhelming combat damage, Eldrazi cast triggers, or a two-card mill combo.
