Deck overview

This mono-black deck is commanded by Vincent Valentine // Galian Beast, combining aggressive Voltron combat with relentless sacrifice attrition. The primary strategy uses Vincent's ability to absorb +1/+1 counters equal to the power of all opposing creatures that die. By deploying dense edict effects like Fleshbag Marauder and Sheoldred's Edict, the deck empties opposing boards while inflating Vincent into a lethal monster. Upon attacking, Vincent transforms into Galian Beast, gaining trample, lifelink, and a built-in recursion ability when destroyed. Supporting equipment like Commander's Plate and Lightning Greaves provides vital protection and evasion. High-impact backup engines such as Tergrid, God of Fright // Tergrid's Lantern, Vein Ripper, and Sheoldred, Whispering One ensure that continuous creature sacrifice converts into overwhelming board dominance, resource theft, and life drain even if the commander is contested.
