Deck overview

This deck is a Grixis kindred midrange build piloted by Doctor Doom, King of Latveria. The game plan revolves around deploying synergistic Villain creatures, using Doctor Doom's combat-step connive trigger to smooth card quality, grow threats with +1/+1 counters, and burn opponents when lands are discarded. The deck pairs looting synergies with graveyard recursion and madness-style mayhem costs on cards like The Squadron Sinister and Abomination, World Ravager. Board presence scales through token makers such as Madame Hydra and Ultron, Unlimited, while anthems and evasion close out games through multi-opponent combat damage. The list relies on functional redundancy rather than tutors or fast combos, supported by a solid suite of Grixis removal spells.
