Deck overview

This competitive Mono-White Commander deck uses Oswald Fiddlebender as a Birthing Pod engine to assemble lethal artifact combos while locking down opponents with asymmetric stax. By leveraging explosive mana from Mishra's Workshop, Ancient Tomb, and 0-drop Moxen, the deck deploys early taxing pieces such as Trinisphere, Rule of Law, Drannith Magistrate, and Torpor Orb to disrupt fast combo strategies. While opponents struggle under spell restrictions, Oswald sacrifices cheap artifacts to climb the mana curve, tutoring Grim Monolith, Staff of Domination, and Myr Welder into play and the graveyard. Once Myr Welder imprints both cards, it generates infinite colorless mana, draws the entire deck, and transitions into an instant win via Halo Fountain and Karn, the Great Creator. Protected by Grand Abolisher and Ranger-Captain of Eos, the deck delivers a resilient, high-speed lock-and-combo strategy.
