Deck overview

This deck is a Temur stompy strategy helmed by Magus Lucea Kane, designed to ramp quickly and copy massive {X} cost Tyranid creature spells. Its primary game plan revolves around accelerating in the opening turns, sticking the commander, and leveraging her tap ability to produce two copies of devastating threats like Zoanthrope, Exocrine, and Old One Eye. With X values reaching 5 or greater, the Ravenous mechanic turns these threats into self-refilling card advantage engines while putting overwhelming combat power onto the board. Although the deck boasts tremendous board presence and steady card flow once established, its reliance on a fragile 1/1 commander and vulnerability to sweepers make careful timing of protection spells essential.
