Deck overview

This deck uses Eshki, Temur's Roar as a payoff for casting large creatures. Ramp creatures, land-search spells, and Sol Ring help deploy Eshki and leave mana for creatures with power 4 or greater. Each qualifying creature grows Eshki and draws a card; creatures with power 6 or greater also make Eshki deal its current power to every opponent. The deck compounds this with haste from Rhythm of the Wild, Temur Ascendancy, and Maelstrom Wanderer, cost reduction from Animar, Soul of Elements, Goreclaw, Terror of Qal Sisma, and Defiler of Vigor, and combat scaling from Xenagos, God of Revels. Its normal threat begins around turn 7 and usually needs another two turns to finish. The deck has respectable protection and counterplay, but its high curve, limited tutoring, and reliance on creatures staying in play make it vulnerable to removal, sweepers, and faster combo decks. It is a general high-power Commander deck rather than a cEDH list.
