Deck overview

This is a five-color legendary-toolbox deck helmed by Sisay, Weatherlight Captain. The plan is to cast Sisay, grow her power by controlling legendary permanents of multiple colors, then activate her {W}{U}{B}{R}{G} ability to tutor legendary permanents directly onto the battlefield. The 99 is a dense pile of legendary creatures and planeswalkers - Atraxa, Praetors' Voice, Sen Triplets, Queen Marchesa, Chandra, Dressed to Kill, Tamiyo, Collector of Tales - that double as both threats and Sisay fuel. The deck wins through combat with a critical mass of legendaries, backed by control pieces (Stranglehold, Sen Triplets) and recursion engines (Karai, Future of the Foot, Liesa, Forgotten Archangel). There are no infinite combos; this is a pure value-and-inevitability build that grinds out the table with overwhelming legendary presence.
