Deck overview

This deck is a focused Mono-Green Dinosaur Stompy strategy commanded by Ghalta the Unstoppable. The primary game plan revolves around deploying efficient, undercosted high-power creatures like Pugnacious Hammerskull and Hulking Raptor during the early turns. These threats drastically reduce Ghalta's casting cost, enabling an 8/8 trampling commander to enter the battlefield as early as turn 4. Once assembled, the deck leverages card draw engines such as Garruk's Uprising and Elemental Bond to maintain steady card flow while chaining enormous beaters like Ghalta, Primal Hunger and Defiler of Vigor. With Ghalta granting universal trample, the deck applies relentless combat pressure across consecutive turns, threatening to eliminate the table by turn 8. While the deck boasts high redundancy and potent single-target protection like Gaea's Gift, its lack of stack interaction and reliance on multi-turn combat leave it vulnerable to well-timed board sweepers and fast combo strategies.
