Deck overview

This deck is an Izzet big-spellslinger archetype led by Neera, Wild Mage. The primary objective is to deploy early mana rocks and cheap cantrips, cast Neera on Turn 6, and immediately trigger her ability using a 1-mana instant or sorcery. By putting the cheap spell on the bottom of the library, Neera reveals cards until hitting a nonland card to cast for free, cheating massive game-winning spells like Omniscience, Time Stretch, Aminatou's Augury, or Mnemonic Deluge into play. The deck backs up this strategy with topdeck manipulation like Brainstorm and Soothsaying to ensure premium hits, while leveraging alternative engines such as Arcane Bombardment and Shark Typhoon to maintain board presence and finish the game over subsequent turns.
