Deck overview

This deck is a Dimir Horror tribal and mill reanimation strategy commanded by Captain N'ghathrod. It curves out early with low-mana Horrors and mana rocks before deploying the commander on Turn 4 to grant team-wide menace, mill opponents on combat damage, and steal the best milled creatures or artifacts at each end step.
