Commander: Lady Octopus, Inspired Inventor

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This mono-blue artifact deck builds infinite mana and then wins on the spot. The main line pairs Isochron Scepter imprinting Dramatic Reversal with mana rocks to make infinite mana, then fires Walking Ballista or loops Aetherflux Reservoir. A second engine uses Krark-Clan Ironworks with cost reducers, Mystic Forge, Sensei's Divining Top, Myr Retriever and Scrap Trawler to draw the deck and generate mana. Lady Octopus accelerates the plan by casting artifacts for free as you draw, but she does not enable the combos. Urza, Lord High Artificer acts as a hidden commander, tapping artifacts for mana and providing late-game value.
