Criminals Outlaws and Thieves by AllColorsSam

Format: Commander

Commander: Laughing Jasper Flint

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Laughing Jasper Flint leads a Rakdos 'outlaw crime' deck that turns theft into card advantage and mana. The core loop is simple: cast evasive Rogues/Pirates, trigger crime and combat effects to exile opponents' cards, then cast those cards while creating Treasures from Prosper, Grim Hireling, Magda, and Ragavan. Jasper's upkeep exiles one card per outlaw and makes any stolen creature a Mercenary, so the engine grows as your board does. The deck wins through combat: either a huge Insurrection/Mass Mutiny turn, or a Port Razer/Great Train Heist extra-combat chain with a wide board. It is resilient enough to rebuild after wipes, but its success depends on protecting the commander and reaching a critical mass of outlaws.
