Deck overview

This deck executes a focused Rakdos attrition strategy centered on Kroxa, Titan of Death's Hunger. The early game focuses on deploying symmetrical discard pieces, filling the graveyard, and setting up persistent value engines such as Waste Not and Tinybones, Trinket Thief. By Turns 4 and 5, the deck transitions into active oppression by resolving cards like Oppression or Tergrid, God of Fright, followed by escaping Kroxa as a recurring 6/6 threat. Opponents are rapidly emptied of options and forced to play off the top of their libraries while suffering continuous life loss from Liliana's Caress and Kroxa triggers. The deck closes games around Turn 8 through repeated combat attacks and accumulated burn damage. While highly effective at dismantling midrange and control hands, it remains vulnerable to early graveyard exile and fast spell-based combos.
