Tergrid, God of Fright by Tapion1981

Format: Commander

Commander: Tergrid, God of Fright // Tergrid's Lantern

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Tergrid, God of Fright is the theft engine of this mono-black discard/sacrifice deck. The front face is the primary build-around: symmetrical discard and sacrifice effects turn every permanent opponents lose into your board. The Lantern back face is a useful, repeatable disruption outlet but not the main plan. Secondary paths use Liliana's Caress, Bandit's Talent, and Davriel to drain life, while Syr Konrad, the Grim acts as a hidden commander, punishing creature cards that enter any graveyard. The deck strips hands, denies resources, and converts discarded permanents into an overwhelming board, then closes with drain triggers and combat.
