Deck overview

This Selesnya deck leverages low-cost soul sister triggers to maximize the unique production engine of Kwia Vigorbloom. Kwia creates a Black Lotus artifact token whenever life is gained, restricted to once per turn. By establishing lifegain effects that trigger on opponents' actions, such as Soul Warden, Authority of the Consuls, and Auriok Champion, the deck accumulates multiple Lotus tokens across a single table rotation. This immense mana velocity is then funneled into game-ending X-spells and large creature swarms, including Storm Herd, Finale of Devastation, Genesis Wave, and March of the Multitudes. The list is resilient against standard targeted interaction thanks to Kwia's built-in ward {2} and an efficient suite of instant-speed protection spells like Heroic Intervention and Restoration Magic. While vulnerable to exile-based board wipes and lacking stack interaction, the deck's card velocity and explosive mana allow it to reliably close out games around turn 6.
