Marionette's Dance by Mr.Creazil

Format: Commander

Commander: Magar of the Magic Strings

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Magar of the Magic Strings turns premium instants and sorceries into 3/3 creatures that copy themselves on combat damage. The deck's primary plan is to pitch huge spells-especially Army of the Damned-into the graveyard, reanimate them as attackers via Magar, and cash the combat trigger for a free cast. Secondary lines use repeatable burn from Breath of Malfegor or Explosive Singularity, plus Guttersnipe, to drain opponents, while Berserkers' Onslaught and haste enablers multiply triggers. The commander is the engine: without him, spells are one-shot and the deck becomes a slow Rakdos value pile. It plays heavy creature removal but no counterspells, and its graveyard dependence makes Rest in Peace a critical vulnerability.
