Commander: Slimefoot and Squee

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Slimefoot and Squee is a single-faced commander and the engine of a Jund saproling-combo deck. The main line casts S&S, uses its enters/attack trigger for a Saproling, then gets the commander into the graveyard and recurs it with a sac outlet. Pitiless Plunderer and the two altars turn each death into colored mana and Treasures, while Blood Artist, Syr Konrad, Mayhem Devil, or Goblin Bombardment convert the loop into a win. A secondary go-wide beatdown plan uses Tendershoot Dryad, Mycoloth, Verdeloth, and Craterhoof Behemoth. The deck is tutor-heavy but has almost no stack interaction, so assembly speed matters. Slimefoot, the Stowaway is the best secondary drain payoff.
