Deck overview

This is a Bant (+1/+1) counters midrange deck helmed by Tidus, Yuna's Guardian. The plan is to deploy cheap counter enablers and doublers, land Tidus, then connect with modified creatures to draw and proliferate via his Cheer trigger. Payoffs like Herald of Secret Streams, Kodama of the West Tree, and Walking Ballista convert a stacked board into unblockable or trampling damage, while Finale of Devastation closes as a one-shot overrun. The deck runs no infinite combos; it wins through combat inevitability backed by an elite interaction suite (dense counters, free spells, and turn-protection). Tidus is a strong draw/proliferate engine from the command zone but is not a hard lock-piece-the 99 still grows counters and attacks without him.
