Deck overview

This is a Simic sticker-and-blink value deck helmed by Ambassador Blorpityblorpboop. The core plan generates ticket counters and applies name/ability/power stickers through a dense suite of Guest/Performer ETB creatures, then repeatedly flickers those permanents (and the commander) to stack stickers and balloon Blorp's combat stats at the beginning of each combat. A deep blink package-Thassa, Deep-Dwelling, Deadeye Navigator, Y'shtola Rhul, Conjurer's Closet, Displacer Kitten, and many instant-speed flicker spells-turns every ETB into recurring tickets, stickers, ramp, and card advantage, amplified by Panharmonicon and Starfield Vocalist. Primary wins come from a massive sticker-fueled Blorp (often with Blade of Selves or evasion), backed by Biorhythm, Blightsteel Colossus, and copy effects such as Spark Double and Irenicus's Vile Duplication. The commander is a strong payoff but not a hard requirement; the 99 still produces stickered attackers, infinite-adjacent flicker loops, and alternate finishers.
