Deck overview

This is a Grixis exile-theft value deck helmed by The Madcap Jester. The core plan is to repeatedly exile cards from opponents' libraries via attack triggers, combat damage, upkeep engines, and dedicated exile spells, then cast those cards using the commander's permission and a dense suite of "cast from exile/non-hand" cost reducers and payoffs. Primary wins come from overwhelming combat with stolen creatures buffed by Don Andres, the Renegade, token swarms from Iraxxa, Empress of Mars and The Lost and the Damned, and burst damage via Impending Flux. Secondary closers include big Eldrazi like Ulamog, the Defiler and raw card advantage from planeswalkers such as Tasha, the Witch Queen and Ashiok, Nightmare Muse. The commander is a strong enabler but far from mandatory-the 99 contains many independent exile engines.
