Deck overview

This deck is an explosive Izzet spellslinger and storm strategy commanded by Vivi Ornitier. Vivi serves as both a primary win condition and an accelerating mana battery. Every noncreature spell you cast places a +1/+1 counter on Vivi and deals 1 damage to each opponent, while its {0} ability converts that power into colored mana once per turn. The deck accelerates in the early turns using efficient mana rocks, cantrips, and value engines like Rhystic Study and Artist's Talent. On Turn 4 or 5, the deck transitions into a lethal storm turn. Attaching Curiosity to Vivi draws three cards for every noncreature spell cast, quickly churning through the library while burning down all three opponents simultaneously. Backup win conditions include the infinite combo between Niv-Mizzet, Parun and Curiosity, as well as storm loops with Underworld Breach and Brain Freeze.
