Commander: The Fifth Doctor and Susan Foreman

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Bant counter/untap value deck built around The Fifth Doctor's end-step trigger. The Doctor turns every kept-back creature into a repeatable source of +1/+1 counters and untaps, fueling looting/tap draws, mana dorks, and Vehicle crewing. Susan Foreman is the secondary commander and effectively a one-mana ramp piece; her planeswalker text is irrelevant outside planar games. Secondary paths are big Vehicle combat with Abzan Falconer flying and infinite mana/untap loops such as Freed from the Real plus Kami of Whispered Hopes, with Hermetic Study as the damage outlet. There is no hidden commander. The deck leans on the Doctor as its engine, but has enough independent tap-draw and combo pieces to function at roughly half strength if he is kept offline.
