Deck overview

This Boros Voltron deck pairs Rograkh, Son of Rohgahh with Ardenn, Intrepid Archaeologist to bypass equip costs and deliver fast, lethal commander damage. Rograkh enters on Turn 1 for zero mana, providing a keyword-dense carrier with first strike, menace, and trample. Ardenn enters on Turn 3 to freely attach all battlefield Equipment at the beginning of combat. By Turn 4, the deck achieves critical onset, swinging with massive power and double strike from pieces like Blackblade Reforged, Lizard Blades, and Bloodforged Battle-Axe, or spreading damage table-wide with Kediss, Emberclaw Familiar. Card flow is sustained by combat-trigger engines such as Mask of Memory, Sword of Fire and Ice, and Akiri, Fearless Voyager. The list shields its strategy with efficient 1-mana protection spells and Sunforger packages. While vulnerable to mass exile and edict effects, the deck presents a resilient, redundant clock that reliably eliminates tables by Turn 6.
