Deck overview

This deck is a high-power Jund Aristocrats engine helmed by Korvold, Fae-Cursed King. It focuses on converting sacrificed permanents into immense card advantage, ramp, and board control. The deck develops early mana through efficient dorks, rituals, and land ramp, setting up reusable fodder such as Ophiomancer and Gravecrawler. Once Korvold enters on Turn 4, it quickly snowballs through sacrifice triggers, drawing deep into the library to find modular win conditions. Board control is maintained proactively through asymmetric sacrifice locks like Braids, Cabal Minion, Grave Pact, and Dictate of Erebos, supplemented by stax pieces like Collector Ouphe and Dauthi Voidwalker. The primary path to victory leverages sacrifice loops involving Warren Soultrader, Phyrexian Altar, and Gravecrawler paired with drain payoffs like Mayhem Devil, Marionette Apprentice, or a massive Bitter Ordeal gravestorm finish on Turn 6.
