Format: Commander

Commander: Kilo, Apogee Mind

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Jeskai artifact-proliferate deck built around Kilo, Apogee Mind. Because the commander has haste, it attacks the turn it lands, and each tap-usually the combat tap-proliferates. The deck leans heavily on charge counters and +1/+1 counters, feeding Magistrate's Scepter, Empowered Autogenerator, Darksteel Reactor, Walking Ballista, and a wide artifact-creature beatdown suite. Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus doubles every proliferate, while Recon Craft Theta and Surge Conductor add extra proliferate triggers. The primary wins are an extra-turn loop with Magistrate's Scepter, an infinite-mana loop with Empowered Autogenerator + Ioreth of the Healing House + an untap aura into Walking Ballista, and the Darksteel Reactor alt-win. Combat fallbacks include Raphael, the Muscle damage doubling, Alibou, Ancient Witness attack triggers, and Ulamog, the Defiler as a finisher.
