Prosperous Storm 2.0 (duplicated from Hezekiah) by user8023999

Format: Commander

Commander: Prosper, Tome-Bound

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Rakdos exile-cast value deck built to weaponize Prosper, Tome-Bound's end-step exile trigger and the Treasures his exile-casting generates. Each turn the goal is to convert cheap exile spells like Reckless Impulse, Light Up the Stage, Rob the Archives, or Invasion of Kaldheim into a flood of artifact tokens via Xorn, Academy Manufactor, and Goldspan Dragon, then cash those tokens into mana, card flow, and drain damage. The deck can win through a critical-mass Treasure turn fueled by Birgi, God of Storytelling and Storm-Kiln Artist, an overloaded Mizzix's Mastery/Grapeshot turn, Evereth, Viceroy of Plunder's death trigger, or combat from dragons like Ancient Copper Dragon and Cavern-Hoard Dragon. Prosper is the linchpin, but the 99 carries enough independent exile-play and token synergy to keep functioning if he is answered.
