Deck overview

Super Shredder leads a potent Mono-Black Aristocrats and Voltron strategy designed to convert board transitions into game-ending power. Super Shredder triggers whenever any permanent leaves the battlefield, turning every sacrificed token, cracked Treasure, and removed creature into +1/+1 counters. The deck leverages efficient sacrifice outlets like Warren Soultrader, Phyrexian Altar, and Yawgmoth, Thran Physician alongside recursive fodder like Gravecrawler and Ophiomancer. Heavy edict effects including Grave Pact, Dictate of Erebos, and Accursed Marauder persistently clear opposing creatures while rapidly inflating Super Shredder. With evasive equipment like Brotherhood Regalia and Lightning Greaves, the commander quickly eliminates opponents through lethal combat damage. Premium black tutors provide access to backup drain lines with Blood Artist and Marionette Apprentice, ensuring strong inevitability and rapid recovery from sweepers.
