Deck overview

This deck is a Sultai Voltron and combat-saboteur strategy commanded by Kotis, the Fangkeeper. Kotis provides built-in Indestructible and a combat damage trigger that exiles cards from the defending player's library equal to the damage dealt, casting any number of revealed spells with equal or lower mana value for free. The deck leverages power buffs such as Belt of Giant Strength, Wrecking Ball Arm, and Raised by Giants alongside evasion from Aqueous Form and Trailblazer's Boots to maximize damage and free-cast velocity. Protection spells like Slip Out the Back and Champion's Helm shield the commander from exile and bounce effects. The list eliminates opponents sequentially via lethal commander damage and stolen resources by Turn 7.
