Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity Jeskai spellslinger build led by Shiko and Narset, Unified. The game plan revolves around casting multiple low-cost noncreature spells each turn to trigger the Flurry ability, either copying high-impact targeted removal and pump spells or drawing cards to maintain continuous hand velocity. The deck builds a wide board using token generators like Monastery Mentor, Aligned Heart, and Elsha, Threefold Master, which scale rapidly through prowess and Jeskai Ascendancy triggers. Direct damage outlets such as Guttersnipe and Fiery Inscription soften opponent life totals before massive turns powered by Mana Geyser and Balmor, Battlemage Captain push through lethal trample damage. While light on dedicated tutors and vulnerable to creature sweepers, the deck features redundant draw engines, versatile removal, and strong recovery paths.
