Syr Konrad aristocrats by chickenpie393

Format: Commander

Commander: Syr Konrad, the Grim

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Syr Konrad, the Grim is both the face payoff and recursion engine of this mono-black aristocrat/graveyard deck. The primary plan is to fill the graveyard, sacrifice creatures, and repeatedly reanimate them so Syr Konrad's trigger drains all opponents. Secondary lines lean on Blood Artist, Susurian Voidborn, and Bastion of Remembrance for death-based drain, or on Gray Merchant/Chainer burst recursion. The deck contains two deterministic kill loops: Ashnod's Altar + Pitiless Plunderer + Reassembling Skeleton, and Bolas's Citadel + Mortuary + Death Cultist. A few big demons and infect tricks back up the combo plan. There is no double-faced or hidden commander; the list is built around Syr Konrad's graveyard-movement trigger rather than his self-mill activated ability.
