This deck is an explosive Izzet Spellslinger Storm list centered around Vivi Ornitier. Vivi acts as both an asymmetric burn engine and a burst mana generator: whenever you cast a noncreature spell, Vivi gains a +1/+1 counter and deals 1 damage to each opponent, while its {0} ability taps for mana equal to its power. The primary plan accelerates into a Turn 3 Vivi deployment and initiates a decisive storm turn on Turn 4.
