Ardbert v1 by daijurjur

Format: Commander

Commander: Ardbert, Warrior of Darkness

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Ardbert, Warrior of Darkness is a single-faced commander; the deck is built around his white/black cast triggers making every legendary creature grow and gain vigilance or menace. The primary plan is a legends-matter midrange curve: deploy cheap legendary creatures, use Venat, Tymna, Breena, and Tocasia's Welcome for card advantage, then convert Ardbert's counters into a large unblockable army. Secondary wins come from drain effects on Elas, Kambal, and Teysa, and from Amalia's explore trigger sweeping blockers. There is no hidden commander; the deck treats most legendary permanents as interchangeable engine pieces. Combat alpha strikes, usually finished by Akroma's Will or a purely overwhelming board, are the primary route.
