Deck overview

This deck is an Azorius scry and +1/+1 counters midrange deck commanded by Denzilore Fatehold. It curves early utility creatures and scry cantrips into a flash-cast commander on turn 4. Once Denzilore Fatehold is on the battlefield, every scry and surveil action pumps your entire creature army with +1/+1 counters. The deck translates high card selection into rapid board growth, granting universal evasion through Herald of Secret Streams and Abzan Falconer or breaking parity with asymmetric sweepers like Damning Verdict and Wave Goodbye. Dedicated card draw engines like Danny Pink and Matoya, Archon Elder turn scry triggers into continuous hand refill. Supported by efficient countermagic and protection spells like Ripples of Potential, the deck defends its board while closing out games across turns 6 and 7 through overwhelming evasive combat damage.
