Deck overview

Kynaios and Tiro of Meletis is a four-color group-hug draw engine that turns extra cards and extra lands into a slow value game. The primary plan is to pillow-fort with Propaganda and Ghostly Prison while running every symmetrical draw engine (Howling Mine, Well of Ideas, Dictate of Kruphix) to feed Xyris, Homunculus Horde, Ominous Seas, and the Council of Four. The endgame is an alternate win condition-Triskaidekaphile (exactly 13 cards), Twenty-Toed Toad (20 cards/counters), or a doubled Approach of the Second Sun. Xyris is the hidden commander, converting opponent draw into a snake army that can also win with Insurrection. K&T's role is to accelerate lands and keep your hand full every end step.
