Commander: Witherbloom, the Balancer

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

A fast Golgari combo/token deck built around turning creature count into mana and card advantage. Witherbloom, the Balancer gives every spell-including the commander itself-affinity for creatures, so a wide board of dorks, Pests, and Squirrels makes the whole hand cheap. The primary kill is the classic Chain of Smog + Witherbloom Apprentice loop, which drains the table through infinite magecraft triggers. Behind that sits a redundant token-storm backup: Sedgemoor Witch plus Chain of Smog creates infinite Pests, which Mirkwood Bats, Chatterfang, Squirrel General, or Warren Soultrader convert into a win. The commander is a cost-reduction engine and evasive 5/5, but the deck's real plans live entirely in the 99.
