Deck overview

This deck is a Temur wheel and token swarm strategy helmed by Xyris, the Writhing Storm. The primary game plan accelerates mana on Turns 1 through 3 to deploy Xyris on Turn 4. On Turn 5, casting any symmetrical wheel spell such as Windfall, Wheel of Misfortune, or Reforge the Soul forces three opponents to draw seven cards each, immediately spawning 21 green Snake tokens. If direct damage permanents like Purphoros, God of the Forge or Impact Tremors are present, the table dies on the spot. Otherwise, the deck gives opponents a single turn rotation to answer the board before swinging for lethal damage on Turn 6. While vulnerable to board sweepers and giving opponents fresh cards, the deck generates immense card flow and burst mana through creature-based mana engines.
