Deck overview

This mono-black deck is commanded by Ghoulcaller Gisa, focusing on turning high-power creatures into overwhelming armies of 2/2 Zombie tokens. The early game establishes mana development through artifacts and key land engines like Cabal Coffers, alongside card draw engines like Cryptbreaker and Undead Augur. Once Gisa is deployed, she sacrifices massive fodder like Rotting Regisaur or Soulless One to flood the board with Zombie tokens. The deck converts this swarm into victory through two primary paths: aggressive combat buffed by tribal lords like Death Baron and Undead Warchief, or draining life totals directly with Ayara, First of Locthwain, Blood Artist, and Gray Merchant of Asphodel. Asymmetric board control pieces such as Grave Pact and Noxious Ghoul continually sweep opposing creatures to clear the way. While the list lacks stack interaction and artifact removal, its high card velocity and mass reanimation allow it to recover rapidly from board wipes.
