This is a Dimir graveyard-value deck helmed by Mirko, Obsessive Theorist, built around the surveil mechanic to fill the graveyard, grow Mirko, and reanimate high-impact creatures at end step. The primary game plan is to deploy cheap cantrips and repeatable surveil effects to stock the bin, then use Mirko's ability (alongside traditional reanimation spells) to bring back value creatures like Archon of Cruelty, Massacre Wurm, and Sire of Stagnation for incremental advantage.
