Commander: Teval, the Balanced Scale

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This Sultai deck focuses on graveyard velocity, landfall triggers, and sacrifice loops. Teval, the Balanced Scale provides continuous self-mill, land recursion, and board presence whenever cards leave your graveyard. You leverage engines like Life from the Loam and The Gitrog Monster to fill the graveyard and develop mana quickly. The primary path to victory is assembling an infinite sacrifice and recursion combo using Gravecrawler, Phyrexian Altar, and a drain piece like Blood Artist or Zulaport Cutthroat. Alternatively, large Living Death swings or steady landfall burn from Ob Nixilis and Iridescent Vinelasher can close out games.
